Frequently Asked Questions

TRAVEL  

  • When should i arrive? Unless instructed differently, our welcome reception will start at 6pm on Monday November 16th, don't miss it!
  • When should i leave? Unless instructed differently, we advise to leave on Thursday November 19th any time.
  • How can I obtain a letter of invitation for visa purposes? If you need a VISA letter, please contact Sarah Gabreau (sarah.gabreau@hp.com) 
  • How should I book my flight? Please use your standard HP booking tool to arrange your flight.   
  • Will transportation be provided to and from the airport and hotel? Transportation to and from the airport or hotel will not be provided, and the cost will not be covered by the event. You may use rideshare services such as Lyft or Uber, or take the RTD light rail from Denver International Airport (DEN) to Belleview Station, which is a short walk from the hotel.   

 

HOTEL  

  • How do I reserve my hotel room? Reservations should be made through the Limitless registration process.  
  • How will my hotel room and incidentals be paid? The event will cover your hotel room costs and taxes. You will be responsible for any incidental charges. Upon check-in, the hotel will require a credit card. Additional nights at the hotel are subject to availability and can be requested during registration.    
  • Can I extend my stay at the hotel before or after the event? Yes, you can request to extend your stay at our group rate during the registration process. Extension requests are subject to availability, and you will be notified once the hotel confirms your request. 
  • Are hotel rooms transferable? No, hotel rooms are non-transferable. Each invited individual must complete the registration process on the website. If you cancel your registration, both your registration and hotel room will be marked as CANCELLED in the system. This ensures accurate management of the hotel block and billing. Furthermore, website registration enables us to collect necessary information for name badges, dietary needs, region locations, etc., which is crucial for accurate reporting.  
  • How will I receive my hotel confirmation number? Your confirmation will be sent via email directly by the hotel a few weeks after registration.  
  • If I rent a car and drive to the hotel, what is the daily parking rate? Limited complimentary parking vouchers will be available, make sure to request one during registration. 

 

MEALS  

  • Will the event cover meal expenses? The event will provide the following meals: dinner on Monday, November 16th; breakfast on November 17th, 18th, and 19th; lunch on November 17th and 18th; and dinner on Wednesday, November 18th. Please note that Tuesday, November 17th is a free evening, and dinner will not be provided by the event.   
  • How should I communicate my dietary requirements? The registration process includes a specific question to ensure your dietary needs are communicated to the planning team.   
  • What menu options are available for the Celebration Dinner?

1) Braised Short Ribs, Jalapeno Cheddar Polenta, Glazed Carrots, Cippolini Onion, Red Wine Reduction (GF) 

2)  Pan Seared Salmon, Roasted Garlic Potatoes, Veracruz Sauce, Baby Zucchini (GF, DF) 

3) Mesa Verde Grilled Eggplant -Smoked Tomato Polenta, Grilled Zucchini, Black Bean Tomato Relish, Roasted Poblano Crema (GF, V)

 

TRAINING  

  • Will the event activities be recorded? No, this training will not be recorded; however, some supportive materials will later be available through ACS Academy.   
  • Once my training track is assigned, can I switch some breakouts to change some topics? No, tracks have been designed to cover the key FY27 topics and cannot be altered. You will only have access to the breakouts included in your track.   

 

MISCELLANEOUS   

  • What is the free team evening activity? This is a free time for you to enjoy time with your team and other attendees of the event. Each team is responsible for its plan. A great opportunity to network, discover Denver and create limitless memories.
  • What is the dress code for the event? Business casual attire is appropriate for the entire event. Jeans and polo shirts are acceptable, and jackets are optional. Although November in Denver can be very cold, the winter may also bring beautiful sunny days, so please dress in layers.   
  • May I bring a guest to the event? This event is by invitation only, and guests are not permitted.   
  • Is there public transportation near the venue? Yes, the light rail stop "Belleview station" connects directly to downtown Denver, Union Station, and other regional hubs.
